Prof. Dr Alexandre Dionyssopoulos
My Qualifications
Professor Dr. Alexandre is a distinguished Aesthetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon, and Teaching Member of the French College of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, who has studied and been trained in world class reference centers for Aesthetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in France, Switzerland and Canada.
His qualifications include a PhD from the Aristotle University Medical School, a Postgraduate Degree in Experimental Surgery and Microsurgery from the University of Paris VII, Degree in Human Biology from the University of Rennes, Postgraduate Degree in Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery from the University of Nancy I, and a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Repair of Personal injury from the University of Paris V.
He is a licensed Plastic Surgeon in the United Kingdom (General Medical Council), the European Union and the United Arab Emirates (DHA, DOH, MOH).
Rhinoplasty Surgery
I perform Scar-less Rhinoplasty which has numerous advantages: No visible scarring – Less postoperative bruising & swelling – Better Circulation in Nasal Tip – Shorter recovery period
Buttock Lift
In order to add volume to the buttocks, I combine buttock lift with an augmentation procedure to alter the shape and/or size of the buttocks, using autologous fat grafts.
Lipo-Sculpture
I use Waterjet Assisted Liposuction in Liposculpture for optimal aesthetic results. Its major advantage lies in the integrity of fat cells removed and their transfer as autologous grafts.

Face - Lift
Techniques generally rely on the case and the correction needed. Under the right indications, I opt for the MACS technique which involves less invasive surgery and a smaller scar.
Face Rejuvenation
I perform a 7-spot non-surgical Face lift. Under local anesthesia, appropriate volumes of dermal fillers are injected in strategic places in the face, delivering instantly ravishing results.
Double Chin Removal
I use Waterjet Assisted Liposuction to remove the fat under the chin, which I reinject in strategic spots in the jawline and jowl areas. It provides a gentle “face lift” effect with minimal downtime.
Breast Uplift/ Reduction
I use the Total Posterior Pedicle technique, a sophisticated advanced technique, which delivers aesthetically superior results, and allows preservation of Nipple Sensation and Breastfeeding Ability.

What is important for the Plastic Surgeon is not to alter the characteristics of the individual.
